The following are resources that should be used to help with the understanding of enhanced hospitality:

A PowerPoint Presentation by The Rev. Canon Timothy Dombeck called "Enhancing your hospitality. If Starbucks Can Do it. Why Can't We?"  It is an excellent presentation which can be used for training members of your Stewardship Committee or help you understand the importance of "Enhanced Hospitality". Another resource is a video presentation by Tom Brackett, called the "Crude Little Life Station" that focuses on how a community changes as they as get further away from its original mission.
